The role will start as a casual position on Award pay, with the potential to move to a Part-time role for that right person.  Hours varying between 15 and 30 per week.

We are currently seeking a new casual ‘Eggceptional’ Manager to join our team.  This is your opportunity to work close to home and someone with weekends and night time availability.

The role:

As a Manager you will be passionate, driven, well presented, and be hands on with exceptional customer service standards. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales and maximise profits.
  • Lead up to 5 people on each shift;
  • Drive superior customer service;
  • Deliver on exceptional food quality in line with strict food safety standards;
  • Motivate the team to success and achievement of key shift targets.

What are we looking for?

You will lead teams, through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare & serve delicious food & create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.

  • Delegation and time management skills
  • An energetic and vibrant personality
  • Demonstrated sales results;
  • Hospitality/Retail experience preferable though not essential;
  • Desire to develop self and others;

  • Understanding of the need to meet targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to make a difference
  • The ability to work within a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
