Close Shift Supervisor

We’re looking for a Close Shift Supervisor who’s ready to lead, motivate and excite their team every night, while making sure our legendary food stays at the delicious standard our customers deserve.

The position available is Part-time:

*approx 30-35 hours/week

*6-8hrs per shift (shifts 2/3pm until 9:30/10pm)

*10 shifts per fortnight (4 one week, 6 the next)

*every second weekend off

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll need to be passionate, especially about reaching targets, increasing sales, and making sure your team gives exceptional service to every customer.

We’ll also be looking for:

• Experience in a supervisor position, leading a team
• Hospitality or retail experience in a fast paced environment
• Desire to develop yourself and others
• Ability to motivate teams to success
• Demonstrated sales results
• Confidence to execute business operational requirements
• Understanding of the importance of meeting targets and driving business growth

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead up to 5 people per shift
• Motivate your team to achieve key shift targets
• Drive great customer service
• Deliver food of exceptional quality and in line with strict food safety guidelines
• Cash management
• Drive sales and maximise profits
