About the Role

Working as part of the Red Rooster Marketing team and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team on national campaigns and managing all local area marketing end to end. This includes but is not limited to development and execution of awareness driving initiatives, developing tools and materials for franchisee partners to promote new store openings and store refurbishments.

The key responsibilities will also include:

  • Support the marketing manager and brand managers on national campaigns as required
  • Developing local area marketing strategies for Franchisee partners and assist them with development and execution of marketing materials.
  • General administrative support within the Marketing Team including dealing with customer complaint emails, product updates on website and management of the local area marketing budget.

Your strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross functionally will be on show as you work through a fast-paced environment, with a vibrant team.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Experience working in a QSR to understand restaurants and franchisee environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to show sound judgement and analytical skills
  • Can work consistently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders
